The youth mentoring program is designed to educate youth 18-25 by role-modeling and problem-solving for 8 weeks.

All mentors must possess extensive life and career skills or university degree as well as have a clean record in the vulnerable sector.

Great attention is given to matching the mentor with a men tee to establish good communication. An action plan is developed in order to move towards goals and have a sense of achievement once goals are attained.
